Toni Reddell B.S., OTR/L
Toni Reddell graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1996. She worked with the geriatric population in a rehabilitation setting for 3 years prior to transitioning to pediatrics. She has worked with children under 6 years old with developmental delays, ADHD, autism, behavior disorders, cerebral palsy, various genetic syndromes, and sensory processing disorders for the past 16 years.
Toni is married and has 2 boys, ages 8 and 9. She loves to spend time with her family in her free time.
Marian Eades B.S., OTR/L
Marian Eades is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist from Conway, AR. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas and has worked in pediatrics her entire career. She enjoys working with children and using toys to incorporate play into therapy sessions, to keep it fun. She considers occupational therapy an extremely rewarding profession and never experiences a dull moment when working with kids!
Marian is married with two grown children and four grandchildren. In addition to traveling and outdoor activities, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories with her grandchildren.
Ashleigh Adams, MS, OTR/L
Ashleigh Ingle received both her bachelor and master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas. Since graduating in 2010 she has worked with both inpatient and outpatient pediatric populations encompassing diagnoses in Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Cortical Blindness, Visual Perceptual Difficulties, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, and Seizure Disorder. Ashleigh enjoys working in a setting that values team collaboration and compassion for both children and families served. She believes in advocating for those in need and contributing to a high quality standard of care. Ashleigh lives in Conway with her husband Brian, three cats, and two dogs. When she is not working, Ashleigh can be found working out, climbing Pinnacle, or singing.
