Our Physical Therapists at Grow Learning Centre focus treatments on improving developmental skills, motor planning, manipulation skills, balance and coordination. When determining individualized intervention, our therapists will communicate with the family and other professionals as needed, including physicians, nurses, teachers and other therapy disciplines.
The physical therapy gym is used for building strength and improving movement and skills needed to complete daily activities. Our licensed Physical Therapists guide children through developmental activities, such as crawling, walking, balance and coordination. We also assess and evaluate the need for orthotics and other adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, gait trainers and standers.
